Summarising statement from the Prime Minister:

The public are now instructed to :

• Stay home

Only leave home for:

• Essential shopping only
• Medical need
• Travelling to and from work only where absolutely necessary
• One form of exercise per day alone ( no more than two people in their own family ,observing social distancing)

Police will have power to enforce restrictions and will disperse any gatherings:

• All shops other than food and medicine will close
• All gatherings of two or more people will be dispersed
• Parks will remain open but any gatherings there will be dispersed
