In February we celebrated Chinese New Year and would like to say a heartfelt ‘thank you’ to our very own Kam, Chef Mike, David and Scott from the kitchen team who worked tirelessly to provide a fabulous day.

One of our residents is from Hong Kong and he suffered a head injury 10 years ago. He had stayed and moved from various establishments/nursing homes and finally settled down at Chase Park 4 months ago. This resident has no immediate family in the UK, but with the help of Marion (Liaison Officer) and Kam (Therapy Lead – a Cantonese speaker), we are delighted that a link was established using FaceTime / WhatsApp’s technology and a regular meeting has been set up with his ex-wife on a weekly basis.
